This item runs small. I would go up a size for fitted two sizes for less fitted from your normal size.

This item there is a stretch to the fabric. 

98% cotton, 2% spandex.

Care 

Wash in cold water, tumble dry low.  Shrinkage may occur if washed in hot or high dry!  The nicer you are to the fabric, the happier it will be!
