Please note the last day to order for Christmas delivery is December 18th! While we insure all of our packages and work hard to ensure they arrive quickly, avalove shop cannot be held responsible for delays or issues with delivery once your package is in the possession of the USPS, Fed-Ex, or UPS.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic shipping takes 5-7 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the quantity/weight of items in your order and your location. Our safe and secure checkout will help you easily calculate your shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please note: import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes. All of our packages come with tracking numbers. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
What courier do you use?
All of our orders are processed and tracked through the United States Postal Service, UPS, or Fed-EX.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards online. We accept cash and all major credit cards at our shop in the Chelsea Market.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns; We are happy to exchange any item that has not been washed, worn or damaged. Due to the limited-edition nature of our line, items must be exchanged within 10 business days with your receipt of purchase. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope* with all items you wish to exchange. Securely package the return merchandise and a copy of the invoice, as well as a short explanation of the problem, in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to the following address:

*If you choose not to include tracking with your SASE, avalove shop is not responsible for tracking or errors in delivery.
*We do not accept any items that have been washed and damaged by you as we are not responsible for how you care for your item. All items can be washed in cold, tumble dry low unless otherwise specified. A good rule of thumb is: the nicer you are to fabric, the happier it will be!
If I receive my package and it is damaged, what should I do?
If you notice that any merchandise is damaged when you receive it, please e-mail us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
How are the clothes made?
All of our pieces are silkscreened by hand in our studio in Bushwick, Brooklyn. All of our cowl neck pieces and dresses are cut and sewn locally in NYC.
