Where can I find avalove?

You can shop avalove online and find us in person at the Woodstock shop and select art fairs and pop-ups. For the most current dates, hours, and locations, visit avalove feel good pop-ups + daily locations.

What is the difference between avalove and THE STORE by avalove?

avalove is Ava’s handmade and small-batch line: limited-edition clothing, hand dyeing, surface design, embroidery, and one-of-a-kind pieces made by Ava and her small team.

THE STORE by avalove is the online-only, made-to-order side of avalove. Ava creates the designs, and production partners make and ship those pieces after an order is placed. Made-to-order items may arrive separately from handmade avalove items.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, package, and the service available for your order.

How are handmade avalove orders shipped?

Handmade avalove pieces ship from Woodstock, New York. U.S. orders use available USPS rates at checkout. International orders can use available USPS or DHL Express services. Tracking is sent when your shipment is on its way.

How quickly will my order ship?

Handmade orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible. If a product page gives a specific ship-by date, that date applies to that item. Made-to-order pieces are produced by our partners, so production and delivery times vary by item and destination.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Eligible regular-price purchases may be considered for a size exchange or online store credit when requested within 10 days of receipt. Sale, Wabi Sabi, one-of-a-kind, custom, and made-to-order items are final sale unless there is a verified damage or fulfillment error. Please read the full Returns & Exchanges policy before sending anything back.

What is the Avalove Exchange?

The Avalove Exchange is a person-to-person space for recirculating avalove pieces. Participants arrange the trade, sale, gift, payment, and shipping directly with one another. After a confirmed exchange, both participants receive 5 Planet Leaves, equal to $5 in avalove store credit, in their Planet Wallet.

Can you help me choose a size?

Yes. Email hello@avaloveshop.com before ordering and we will help with sizing and fit.

Who creates avalove’s poetry, artwork and digital works?

Ava’s original poetry, writing, artwork, photographs and artistic designs are credited to ava m. hu, unless another creator or collaborator is credited. This includes her original human-authored work and creative contributions in her digital studio and online art installations. Copyright protects eligible original expression; it does not give exclusive ownership of every idea, concept, formula or method.

May I share or reuse Ava’s work?

Sharing a link is always welcome. For permission to reprint, reproduce, adapt or use Ava’s work commercially, please contact hello@avaloveshop.com, except where the law permits use without permission. Please keep the artist’s credit with any authorized use.

What is rose dye with elixirs?

rose dye with elixirs is an avalove artistic practice developed by ava m. hu. Ava’s original writing, photographs and artwork expressing this practice are protected where copyright applies. Any protection for a particular formula or dyeing process depends on separate patent or trade-secret requirements; this notice does not establish exclusive rights in the general idea.

Who owns poems contributed by visitors?

Visitor-contributed poems remain their authors’ work and are credited separately from Ava’s poetry.
