Due to being a small business we do not accept returns, but are happy to offer store credit for any item that has not been washed, worn, or damaged if you are okay with paying for shipping back and forth! *Only upon approval. Please email for aoptical first.

All returns or exchange for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as shipping!

Due to the limited-edition nature of our line, items must be exchanged within 7 business days of purchase and you must have your receipt of purchase.

Please ship your exchange item(s) and include a self-addressed, stamped package, with proper postage for your exchange*. Also, please include a copy of the invoice and a quick explanation of your reason for exchanging the item(s). 

If you have washed the item, we cannot monitor or control how you care for the item, so exchanges or returns will not be honored for these reasons.  The more careful you are with care of your items, the happier it will be is a good rule of thumb to follow! All items can be washed in cold water/tumble dry low however the nicer you are to fabric the happier it will be and extends the life of any garment, washing in cold water and hanging to dry are the best! All botanics must be hand washed!

*If you choose not to include a package with proper postage,  Avalove Shop will not exchange item(s) until return shipping charges have been resolved.
