Although we do not accept returns, we are happy to exchange any item that has not been washed, worn, or damaged.

Due to the limited-edition nature of our line, items must be exchanged within 10 business days and you must have your receipt of purchase.

Please ship your exchange item(s) and include a self-addressed, stamped package, with proper postage for your exchange*. Also, please include a copy of the invoice and a quick explanation of your reason for exchanging the item(s). 

If you have washed the item, we cannot monitor or control how you care for the item, so exchanges or returns will not be honored for these reasons.  The more careful you are with care of your items, the happier it will be is a good rule of thumb to follow! All items can be washed in cold water/tumble dry low unless otherwise specified.

*If you choose not to include a package with proper postage,  Avalove Shop will not exchange item(s) until return shipping charges have been resolved.
