Please email hello@avaloveshop.com in regards to any order you wish to exchange or if we are able to issue store credit in special circumstances. We will do our best to help any requests you might have and of course, want you to be happy but some items below we are not able to issue exchanges for due to season or selling out of items!  If your exchange is approved we only offer online store credit only.

SALE ITEMS

Any avalove sale items are all final sale.  If you have any questions about items before you purchase in terms of fit, please email hello@avaloveshop.com so we can help get you the right size and save on exchange shipments back and forth! 

All sale items may be imperfect and this is why they are on sale, so there may be some imperfection with printing or condition of the item isn't perfect, and this is why it's on sale.  There may be items on sale because it's the last final pieces of the item, so we can't offer store credit  or exchanges.

Exchange Only


Our policy lasts 10 days from receipt of order. Because all of our items are limited edition, you must contact us for exchange within 10 days of receipt of item for an exchange or we may not be able to exchange your item because items sell out quickly! If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you store credit due to seasonal changes or limited edition counts of items.

To be eligible for an exchange for a new item or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  This must be returned within 10 days of your purchase to make sure items that are seasonal or limited edition are not sold out.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, this would be items that are made out of studio and part of the avalove constellation series.

To complete your exchange:

Email: hello@avaloveshop.com so we can let you know if exchange is possible and provide you correct shipping information.

You must include all the details about your order inside your package- order number, what the issue is, your name, address, and telephone and email so we can contact you with any questions.

There are certain situations where only store credit  are granted (if applicable). Email hello@avaloveshop.com with questions.

please note: Buyer must be willing to pay for shipping expenses to return item and for re-ship of item.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the exchanged item is not worn or damaged in any way and has been returned within 10 day of receipt of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)

All sales are final sales.  Please email with any sizing questions ahead of time so we can make sure it fits, we are so happy to help at hello@avaloveshop.com

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged this excludes sale items or wabi sabi sale items as they are on sale due to possible defects or variations of prints.. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@avaloveshop.com.  If the request is received after 10 business days from purchase, we cannot guarantee the exchange due to the limited edition nature of avalove and seasonal changes.

 

Shipping

avalove is limited edition, so we cannot offer refunds.   Please write hello@avaloveshop.com for more details If we can do an exchange for you we will try our best if the item is still in stock.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item  you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We aren't responsible if your returned/exchanged item does not reach us. You must contact the shipment service you used for tracking or lost or missing items.

We are a small indie company so we cannot pay for shipping for exchanges. avalove is not responsible for lost, missing, damaged or stolen items due to shipping carriers, this issue should be taken up with the shipping carrier, however, we will help as much as possible to get any issues taken care of immediately.

avalove is not responsible for how you care for items!  the nicer you are to fabrics, the happier it will be!  depending on your wear and washing, items will respond accordingly.

Online Store credit is offered if we do honor an exchange. The credit may not be used in person, only online.
